Selling Synopsis 2011

Writing a synopsis is one of the most important skills to master if you want to get an editor or agent interested enough to request your full manuscript. First impressions count - and impressing an editor or agent depends on it.

Deadline – Contest opens August 27th and closes 8th October 2010 (entries sent outside these dates will not be accepted)

Enter - synopsis only VIA ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION
– 4 pages double spaced(max) - all category lines;
6 pages double spaced (max) - single title.

Entry fee - per entry -
$22 ( entries within Australia. GST incl.
$20 (entries outside Australia)

Three entries per member are permitted.

Final judge – Jennifer Schober of literary agents Spencerhill Associates

Prizes - 1st - $200, 2nd - $100 , 3rd - $ 75 (plus certificates)
