Conference registration - PayPal payments - Early bird registration

Please note - you must still complete the paper registration form and send to the conference registrar at the address on the form. Please include a copy of your paypal receipt with the registration form. If you have any questions, please email the conference registrar

If you wish to split your conference payment into two payments, you cannot pay via PayPal. Please complete credit card details on the registration forms.

Before making your selections please read the information on the screen and the registration form carefully.
Select the items you want by clicking "Add to Cart" for each item", then click View Cart at the bottom of the page to see your totals, make any changes and check out. If your browser opens up a new window when you click the 'add to cart' button, you will not need to click the 'view cart' button. Your cart will automatically update as you press additional buttons.
